I think DC was expecting just rain. Normally we get a dozen e-mails to the list servs announcing pre-treating and we got nothing. My guess is now that we are getting frozen they panicked.

I did not receive a text or email like I usually do - had to check the DCPS www site to be sure. Anybody else not get notifications like we usually do?
