Alcohol vs Weed - teen usage

I'm going to vote alcohol. While I know that weed is now being grown in the US, I am deeply uncomfortable with how drugs fuel drug cartels, violence and destabilize countries, particularity south of the border.
But maybe all of that is changing as weed production becomes legal? Is it still smuggled in? |
