Exchange at store. They won't care.
Use in a casserole. Cook noodles, grease baking dish. Mix noodles with cream of mushroom soup (I use organic), the tuna, black pepper and some milk. Bake for 20 min, stir, add on a topping of melted butter mixed with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake (or broil) for a few more min or so until cheese is bubbly. |

| Mix it with chick peas, some balsamic vinegar and some fresh herbs. High protein and low carb and tastes pretty good. This was one of my go-to single person quick meals. But my kids won’t eat canned fish! |
