I've never heard of this, can you someone describe the health benefits of the blanket?

Are you talking about the blanket or a full sauna?

I am interested in a full sauna

We have a two person sauna. No noticeable increase in our electric bill. We love it!

DP. I also have the Higher Dose blanket sauna. It's more like a sleeping bag. You climb in - fully clothed, no bare skin - and it velcros around your whole body. I got it because I just really enjoy saunas, I find them so relaxing. There are supposed to be health benefits for infrared saunas, including better sleep, which is something I have struggled with my whole life. I treated myself after a particularly stressful year of work to some self-care items, including the blanket, yoga membership and a few other things. I enjoyed the blanket for about a year. Then diagnosed with cancer and now take a drug that keeps me in menopause so because of the hot flashes, I am not using it LMK if anyone in DMV wants to buy mine
