Do you get your own hotel room on girls trips?

I prefer my own bed but it is not a dealbreaker. I prefer vrbos where we all have our own space though.

But if one of the women said "you know what, I really want my own room, so I'll be doing that" I'd have NO PROBLEMS with that. Just let them know up front before the rooms are booked so that you aren't in the calculation for whatever sharing they do.

My sister and I with our two 20 something year old daughters share one room with 2 queen beds for our yearly girls trip. We have so much fun being in the same room. Getting dressed, putting on our makeup, drinking mimosas, watching t.v.

Not picky here and I don't care at all. I don't mind sharing a bed and I would prefer to share a room. I think it's fun sharing a room on girl's trips.

Nearly all of my girl's trips involve Air BnBs though, not hotels.

I have long-time friends that I roomed with in college. I would share a bed with them if needed. I would prefer my own bed in a shared room though.

I think it's 100 percent fine to assert what you want/need as long as you're willing to pay whatever the fair share for that is. No one will care. I wouldn't blink twice at this.

I agree with "it depends." My 3 college friends that I take yearly trips with? We share a room and beds. But we also all have similar sleep patterns (meaning we all wake up early) and have been traveling together for decades now, so we know each other's quirks.

Even with that, if we were going on longer trips I'd want my own hotel room because I never get to have my own space like that. I certainly wouldn't care at all if either of them wanted their separate space.

Op here. This is the thing. Most will stay up very late talking and/or turn tv on all night. I used to enjoy this but I really value my sleep.

I know it must sound so lame to want to sleep on vacation but I really do want my sleep. My toddler is a horrible sleeper and I am daydreaming of multiple good nights of sleep.
