Good for Priyanka for going for a younger man. She is good looking and young. It is not as if she is a older, twice married, orange haired dotard, who is marrying someone who is 30 years younger than her.

She is also marrying someone who is independently rich, single and who does not have kids by some baby mama. It is a perfect match and they are in a situation that is not exploiting the other person. What hypocrisy that men are allowed to marry or not marry their younger girlfriends but women are not!!

She is a woman in her prime and she is allowed to seek her happiness. She has done this without breaking someone's marriage, without taking a father away from his kids, without having a man who is dependent on her for money. By all accounts it is a marriage between equals and a love match. The haters can stew in their infertile, singledom jealousy.

I've been to the Umaid Bhavan Palace - security is insane. There is a museum portion that is open to the public, but the main building where the Taj hotel is located is off-limits unless you're a hotel guest. You can't even go for dinner or drinks. Many Taj hotels implemented this policy after the terrorist attack on the Taj Mumbai ten years ago.

It's an incredible, stunning place for a wedding and I think if the royals decided to attend, they'd be safer there than most places. I've been going to India yearly for 20 years (DH is from there) and Rajasthan is magical.

I was going to say... the royal family of Jodhpur lives in one of the wings at Umaid Bhawan. You can’t even get close to the property without going through security checks (especially after 2008). Of all wedding venues, this is one of the easier ones to secure, no doubt.

He is young, single and successful. He does not have an alcohol, porn, sex-addiction, alternate sexuality, opioid, drug, gambling, anger, violence problem. Maybe she a;so valued that he did not have prior marriage or kids. At 36 the men around her who are older than her are already married/divorced and have kids. She also did not want to marry a nobody. Nick Jonas has his own money and is a singer and a celebrity. Yes, it is not a match with a dashing charming man in his 30s like Harry...but Nick Jonas is not without charm. I mean we all are absolutely ok when the Kardashian sisters and Hilton sisters hook up with all kinds of weird celebrities. Priyanka does not want to stop being in the entertainment industry either. I am sure these two have signed all kinds of prenups to protect their assets.

In a very weird way, there are enough reasons for this marriage to succeed because no one is going in with eyes shut. It could very well be a hybridized type of love-arranged marriage and there are enough commonalities that it may very well work out fabulously.
