Do you get hit on at the gym (and do you like it)?

Hate it, but I also don’t really like socializing at the gym at all. I’m ok to wave hi to people I know, maybe exchange a word, but generally I am there to work out and be done. I am over 40 and married now, but this is as true today as when I was 20-something, available, and attractive (or at least approachably attractive).

A few weeks ago a smoking hot, much younger guy started up a conversation by complimenting my strength and exercise choice. I found that flattering.

Ha! I met my (personally speaking) hot, younger (by 12 years) husband at the gym. Been together 15 years now. I never wanted to get married but what a great guy-- I couldn't pass him up

I think it's a pretty common place to meet men. My 3 year old daughter loved him from the start and we blended our families.
