I tried very hard to get good info. on when period would be back and the answer is when your levels of pregnancy hormone get to zero (and not before). Typically, once they get to zero, you will ovulate in about 2 weeks and will get a period then, as usual, 2 weeks after that again. So you can expect to wait 4 weeks at least in order to get your period.

How soon will the hormone levels get to zero? Depends. With a D&C this can happen faster. Some women will ovulate as soon as 1.5-2 weeks after a D&C.

With the misoprostol, it is going to take longer and you cannot really start to count until when you stopped bleeding which I suppose was about 10/26. But your hormone levels were pretty high on 10/23...... so I think it will be about 10 days at best to get to zero and then 4 weeks after that for a period.

this was my experience. I was 10 weeks, baby measured 8 weeks, HCG levels were 40,000 (so higher than yours). I passed everything (boy was that painful) on 5/29. Bled for 1.5 weeks (6/8), +ve home pregnancy test 6/12, -ve home pregnancy test 6/17, started to bleed again 6/20 which according to GYN was the 'end' of miscarriage, need to have 3.5 weeks of no blood to even think it is a period. Finally, got a period at the end of July. Sorry for your loss.
