Any Ft. Lincoln parents out there?

Bunker Hill Elementary DCPS has a great PrK program and taachers. The Prk /ECE teachers actually got the highest marks in the City on the Prk teacher Gold evaluation. The principle and staff have been steadily bring improvement & growth to the upper grades. If I am remembering correctly scores are consistently a bit more each year. Definitely worth checking out and adding to your list if you are considering Burroughs and other dcps. Generally dcps does prk pretty well in the majority of schools. (Even if they don't all offer the warm and fussy tight community some of the charts spend a lot of time & money developing. )

Yep, definitely on my list. It's near my baby's daycare in Mt Rainier, so drop-offs and pick-ups would be a breeze. Thanks for the recommendation!

We live in Ft Lincoln and we go to Two Rivers Young for PK4. Our back up was Burroughs because other Ft Lincoln families we know loved their PK program. We work in Capitol Hill so we preferred schools in that area.
