OP,

You are 33, so you are old enough to make this decision for yourself. That said, how old are his kids? His age is irrelevant, but the fact that any long term serious relationship involves two young kids who he needs to put first might give me pause. I would be concerned that if I were to have kids with someone who already has two kids, that it could be a huge financial strain. It's already hard when there are no other kids and you are trying to raise them in this area, etc. with dual income earners. Best of luck!
