Most elementary schools are 8:30ish to 3:30ish, give or take 15 minutes at each end. Some charters do half days one day per week. A few charters (Friendship, maybe KIPP?) start a little earlier (8ish) and end a little later (4ish). Unfortunately, you won't get more specific than this without contacting each school. I wish each school had the exact times on their website, but IME many do not.

The dumbass as "unm" tell. The other person asked if some pick up early. These are parents of two-year olds just trying to get information because they don't know how it works, not saying they want daycare.
