The chief kids go to GC, the assistance chief went to SJCHS, the head of rape investigations went to Gonzaga.

Hogan needs to direct PG to take the lead.

Just like police involved shooting are lead about a neighboring county.

There is no police officer with more integrity than our police chief. He’s nationally renown.

We do victim led sex assault investigations here. They won’t act unless the victim wants to press charges. As much as I dislike Hogan, he’s doing the right thing. If Ford wants a criminal investigation, she can ask, and County police will do it.

Agree. This is a political fight and Hogan wants no part of it. I can’t blame him.

Good for him. Common sense is a rare commodity these days.

So folks need to recuse themselves because they went to or have kids in another private school?

Since it seems that there are likely additional allegations of house party rape trains that took place that are coming up, Gov. Hogan should absolutely change his mind on this matter.

Kagan and Leudtke are grand standing, and Hogan was correct in not taking the bait.

Hmm. Maybe because that would make it into a criminal matter, not a question of fitness for the SC, which is what the right wants - to make BK more sympathetic, and to raise the bar of proof to beyond a reasonable doubt, which as in many rape cases, may never be possible? Because she has asked for an FBI investigation already (which is not criminal, but in support of the Senate Jud Comm vetting)
