Healthy snacks aren't filling me up!! Any suggestions?

Do you cook your steel-cut oats in water or milk? I cook mine in half water, half milk, and then stir in more milk when I reheat the oats (I cook one big batch once a week).

I find that an egg cheese tomato bagel at about 1030 am (after I eat breakfast before work) keeps me powered up. highly recommend it. okay not totally healthy but lots of protein and fat to stick to your ribs...

I am 18wks pregnant & wish I could eat healthy. I am still so nauseas & need to eat frequently to avoid throwing up. Unfortunately most proteins or veggies make me sick so I am a carb queen.
Anything high fiber should help to fill you up. I snack on cereal a lot.

Cheese, nuts, edamame, veggies dipped in hummus. Seems to me you might need more protein to help keep you full!

FYI, pregnant women should try to take in about 60 grams of protein per day starting during the second trimester. Sounds to me like you need to eat up! Here's a link with some ideas for high protein foods to add to your snacks and meals:
