| Do you cook your steel-cut oats in water or milk? I cook mine in half water, half milk, and then stir in more milk when I reheat the oats (I cook one big batch once a week). |
| I find that an egg cheese tomato bagel at about 1030 am (after I eat breakfast before work) keeps me powered up. highly recommend it. okay not totally healthy but lots of protein and fat to stick to your ribs... |

I am 18wks pregnant & wish I could eat healthy. I am still so nauseas & need to eat frequently to avoid throwing up. Unfortunately most proteins or veggies make me sick so I am a carb queen.
Anything high fiber should help to fill you up. I snack on cereal a lot. |
| Cheese, nuts, edamame, veggies dipped in hummus. Seems to me you might need more protein to help keep you full! |

FYI, pregnant women should try to take in about 60 grams of protein per day starting during the second trimester. Sounds to me like you need to eat up! Here's a link with some ideas for high protein foods to add to your snacks and meals:
