What is the point of soccer rankings besides tournament placements? I get that you may want to know how strong a potential opponent is, but it seems like you should be able to use any site that collects game results (could be gotsoccer, ysr, or league home pages), and draw your own conclusions from that plus what you know about the local area. Does anyone actually use the sites for any other purpose?
