How would you design address labels/stamps with two last names?

I'm a married woman whose husband didn't take my last name. We do:

Smith/Jones
1234 Timid Deer Lane
etc etc

I kept my name, the kids have my spouse’s name. We went with:
Smith and Jones Family
123 Our Street
...

I, like many others responding, did not like the hyphen and find coordinating conjunctions quiet effective at reiterating unity for his family members who fear that my lack of taking the family name spells doom for our marriage

DH and I kept our last names; kids are hyphenated. We do:

Smith-Jones
123 Happy Street NW
Washington DC 20000

What are you mailing? I’m genuinely curious. I think I mail about three things a year.

I pay medical bills by check (too lazy to set up the online patient portal); my husband pays his studio rent by check; I send my sister paper letters; also I'm eventually going to send Christmas cards/letters (?).

Yesterday, i paid my landscaper bill, my pest control bill, we also recently hired an architect for a project so i paid the balance on that, i paid my quarterly taxes. We're in florida, so we have a lot of household services because stuff is cheap down here, and the companies are small so just like a check by mail. I was just marveling yesterday that i'd gone through 30 checks in my checkbook since August 8.

Most of my checks go in the collection basket at church. They clearly say "Larla Smith / Larlo Jones" at the top but the church sent our tax receipt to Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

I must get hundreds of free address labels from nonprofits every year. Some have my name, some my husband's, some both. We use them for bills and other things at random. Only the address, not the name, matters if a piece of mail has to be returned.

This. Do not hyphenate unless you want people to start calling you the hyphenated name. If I saw a hyphenated name I would think I had been messing up your name for years.

We do Smith-Jones Family. I am Smith, husband and kids are all Jones. The least they can do for me is give me top billing on address labels and signatures for holiday cards!

I don't think anyone would think I had hyphenated my name based on an address label! I have always told my friends that I kept my name.

We do:

The Smith Jones Family
Address

DH and I each kept our last names. Our children have two last names, no hyphen. Stylistically I like the pp examples that just list the two names, but I feel the wordy spelled out version helps keep my large extended family in the know of how to address letters back to us. Otherwise they seem completely bewildered and we get all kinds of creative variations.
