Album releases are *exactly* when they need to drum up publicity. That's why singers and actors always do interviews, go on tv shows, etc right before an album or movie release- to get more publicity.

Yep. Its also why Cardi B has been 'loosing' money hand-over-fist with her pregnancy and birth. She's canceled two major concerts right when her first major album released. She probably stood to make $10 million in the past 12 months that she lost out on.
