Best haircut for fine (but lots of it) hair, age 36?

34YO here- I got a lob haircut with thinned ends and have been really happy with it. I either straighten or wave-curl it and use texture spray or pomade. I don’t get my hair cut often so I’m due for a trim and root touch up (last cut/color was Mother’s Day weekend) and it doesn’t look horrible.
