This is insane that this type of racism is going on and this parent will bring this same behavior to QO. BTW. This letter got mailed to all the white families at the school. Only in Trumps America.

It’s middle school - does anyone honestly care who is highlighted at a promotional ceremony? I hope not.

This is not a troll, I received a letter too. Many of the other moms did as well but I don't know if it is only white parents because our neighborhood is all white. The letter wasn't even racist OP is being overly sensitive. The letter just said it is unfair that blacks can be proud that they beat white people in a competition and that if whites say it then it would be racist. Yes it is true but that is just where our society is now. Anyway, the letter is completely real, but I don't know if minority parents got it as well. QO has had a few racial incidents in the past but it is still a great school.

What is this woman’s problem? Our kids go to private school but we are members of a QO pool & I don’t see racism or hate of any kind there (& yes there are people of other races at the pool).

Why is this being cast as a QO issue? Even though the school feeds into QO, the incident in question allegedly happened at Ridgeview.

I'd love to see the letter, but long experience has taught me that white folks will not see racism unless 12 men in sheets turn up in the front lawn with a burning cross and a rope.

If this (white) parent is calling Black kids out by name, and accusing a Black administrator of favoring kids of color, and the only reason for that is race - then the letter is racist.
