Um, bikini line maintenance when you can't see your bikini line?

OP here... thanks for the responses. I'll admit the whole issue is a little absurd, and I don't think the doctors and nurses are going to be quietly judging me or anything, or even notice for that matter. It's just that generally speaking, if I'm going to have that region exposed (beach, pool, annual paps...), I prefer to keep it neat - just feel more comfortable that way. It doesn't help that I'm half German and half Slovenian. Just wanted to hear other peoples' takes on the question - many thanks for all the PPs' ideas, as well as the warnings!!

I don't trust myself to shave what I can't see, so my solution has been to use a depilitory cream, which I apply in front of the mirror. Vichy brand is one that doesn't irritate and unlike shaving or waxing, doesn't leave bumps. Of course, test first to make sure you are not allergic.
