Perfect 600 on math SOL

My kid scored a 600 on science and math but failed his reading. His reading teacher was a sex offender and he got put in jail when the school found out. My kid did not get to redue his test

How do you know scores already? In FCPS?

I know DS got 600 in LA (4th Grader), along with other 5 kids in his class, and this class is not an AAP

FWIW, one of my kids got 600 in science, and had friends who did in math and LA. So it definitely happens, but I don't know that it's common.

My 7th grader got a 600 last year in pre Algebra.

Because the SOL is a minimal standard. The class is a taught at a higher standard.

My kid got Pass Advanced on every single SOL he took. He was not an honors student. I think school was not hard for him and he just decided to "take it easy". He was a social kid. He's still like that (at age 30). He's not going to die of a heart attack, that's for sure. But he has a lot of good friends. And he gets along very well with people on his job. He's easy to get along with.
