It's basic safety and he is a role model for kids. Accidents do happen in neighborhoods and parking lots. My cousin was hit by a speeding teen in her neighborhood and ended up in rehab for a full year. He knows better and would probably be a lot more respectful about the correction than some posters on here.

Yes, the video is cute and charming. Forgetting a seat-belt isn't. Sets a poor example.

The video is cute and I applaud Dr. Brabrand, the principal and the student for doing it. A nice, light touch. Brabrand broke no laws or rules and OP must have some sort of axe to grind.

And I’m a rule-follower, safety-conscious person!
