At that time during the 2017-2018 period according to that site and McLeans website was McLeans first 05 team was ECNL. Green was second, white third.

check your sources, they are not current nor accurate.

Seems like many are leaving and not happy with the current options of full ECNL (distance) and CCLII (lower level) for their teams. Slowly imploding with the decisions made by directors.

This has been mentioned before on other blogs but Arlington and Loudoun will have their B teams in CCL. McLean will have their B teams in CCL2. McLean's B teams are not competitive enough to remain in CCL.

2017-2018 05 girls Mclean B team dropped BRYCs ECNL, 2-0. Does this competitive level change because of the other leagues too? I would think that mclean team would be not a good fit against CCL2 teams.

Are you sure it was the B team vs ECNL? Not sure how they would be matched up together. Even in a tournament unlikely that they would be in similar brackets.

According to the youth soccer rankings in Oct 2017.

McLean's 2nd team last year was the 05 White which played a BRYC Promises team that plays in ODSL.

McLean's 1st team last year was the 05 Green and they did beat a BRYC ECNL team. Next year that Green team will be the ECNL team and still their 1st team. Next year the Green team will be the 2nd team but last year it was the 1st. Moving the goal posts?

You are wrong. Last year there were 05 ECNL, 05 Green and 05 White.

McLean's First team last year was ECNL. Many of the members of that team moved on to DA teams.
McLean's Second team last year was Green. Many of the members of that team moved on to DA teams.
Not sure who is left on McLean's second team (Green) next year. But they will playing in CCL2.

I dont think this is accurate. Arlington’s B team, U-11 is CCL2, not CCL according to their website.

Not sure about Loudlun...

From the ASA website. arlington b teams in u-11 and u-12 play ccl 2

Age group: 11U-12U Boys and Girls

There are expected to be 6 teams in each of these age groups and genders.

These teams will play in the following Competitive Leagues

Club Champions League-CCL (Red)

CCL2 (White)

NCSL (Blue & Black)

ODSL (Silver) – subject to change as needed

Head Coach Qualifications & Experience

That is correct for U11 as their academy doesn't begin until u12. at u12 their b team will be the ccl team and c team will be their ccl2 team.

But their U12 Red team is actually their B team, if you count the DA team.

Too early to say...some girls will want to play in high school other will not. So the “b” could be better vs the “a”.

Some may be better at the start of the season but no one can guarantee they will still be better at the end of the season.

I doubt the red team ("B") will ever be better than the DA team ("A").

Remember some players who don't want to commit to DA also leave to play ECNL for other clubs.
