McLean, Arlington, and Loudoun now all have their B teams in CCL. Below U12, those clubs do not care too much. Those are the 3 clubs that control CCL.
This has been mentioned before on other blogs but Arlington and Loudoun will have their B teams in CCL. McLean will have their B teams in CCL2. McLean's B teams are not competitive enough to remain in CCL.
2017-2018 05 girls Mclean B team dropped BRYCs ECNL, 2-0. Does this competitive level change because of the other leagues too? I would think that mclean team would be not a good fit against CCL2 teams.
Are you sure it was the B team vs ECNL? Not sure how they would be matched up together. Even in a tournament unlikely that they would be in similar brackets.
According to the youth soccer rankings in Oct 2017.
McLean's 2nd team last year was the 05 White which played a BRYC Promises team that plays in ODSL. McLean's 1st team last year was the 05 Green and they did beat a BRYC ECNL team. Next year that Green team will be the ECNL team and still their 1st team. Next year the Green team will be the 2nd team but last year it was the 1st. Moving the goal posts?
You are wrong. Last year there were 05 ECNL, 05 Green and 05 White.
got it, it's been already mentioned.
