That is a servant, not a nanny. You barely pay her. 160 regular hours + 40 overtime hours = $9/hr for 3 kids.

I'd budget $800-$1000/wk depending on your location and # kids. We have an income of $350,000 and had one for a few years and now use an au pair which is less expensive and more flexible for our current needs, mostly just driving.

Disagree. We pay $4600/month for two in daycare. We considered a nanny when the second was born but decided to stick with our center. Obviously the decision was about more than just the cost.
