I don't think the cure cancer or anything but they will certainly help the gut. They make night and day difference in my kids when they take antibiotics. They went from having diarrhea several times a day every day to pooping completely normal within one or two doses...

I mean it's possible and I'm a skeptic too, but I felt a drastic change in my stomach, eating habits and digestion after taking probiotics. It was clear that it was from the probiotic and nothing else I was doing. After a month on them, I no longer had any big changes after taking them, but I read the more drastic the change after starting probiotics, the worse your system was.

Just a few doses improved my digestion and irritable bowel.

Am I the only one who gets near-diarrhea from probiotics? I'm normally constipated. Everyone else on here is saying probiotics helped their diarrhea.
