I don't agree and I like to see the sexy pics. It's common in dating younger women these days. But let me ask first. And don't make it look like I'm the 100th guy you've sent that same pic to. And only a really dumb guy ever sends a dicpic unsolicited. Most women will never ask but some do. Just like us guys they want to see what they are getting into. That said, I don't need really explicit pics but a boob shot is great. Even one where she is still in her bra. What I want is more on the lines of photographic proof you are the weight you claim so I do like a full, or mostly full body shot. You are right to reject and even run from a guy who sends a dicpic without you asking. That guy has a lot to learn.

As a woman who loves men and sex, I definitely want to see the goods. But not a picture of it. Because, just as women can fudge on what they actually look like (weight, for instance) men could easily send pics that are not really their stuff. So, no.
