Ramen recipe from today's post (with chicken dumplings). Steamed broccoli.

chicken tikka masala with broccoli tossed in at the last second. Naan bread, red pear on the side, milk and water.

Turkey meatballs cooked in butter, with TJ's Puttanesca sauce on top and frozen peas added at the last minute. A tiny bit spicy but both kids ate it.

Homemade chicken soup simmered for hours (refrigerated overnight and fat skimmed off). Added somen (really thin japanese noodles) and veggies for a simple dinner.
