Who can mount my TVs?

A stud is ideal but if you don't hit one or have metal (like in a condo) toggle bolts are definitely enough. TV's aren't that heavy.

Can a friend help? DH and I helped set up stuff for our friend when she was pregnant and her asshole DH left her.

I recommend paying for a subscription to checkbook.org
It's a good resource for handymen, appliance repair, plumbers, etc...
Also, on our Nextdoor neighbor site, people often advertise for handymen services.
