Undergrad business degrees are a joke. |
Well, you know what they call the guy who ranked last in his medical school class?......Doctor. |
According to whom? You? Lol. |
Tell that to the grads who make $73K as a 22 year old. https://www.commerce.virginia.edu/career-services/career-destinations-report |
In DCUM world, you’re not an intelectshual unless you spend $200K on an art history degree. Or something like that. |
Do top schools even offer undergrad “business” degrees? |
In DCUM, the only measure of your success is the size of your house. No wonder there are so many fugly McMansions around here. Go, State! |
The elite colleges can’t compare...because they don’t even have undergrad business schools. |
What do you consider elite? MIT has an undergraduate business school, so does Penn, Columbia offers a business degree for undergraduates... |
Many do. |
No, that's the point......with the exception of Wharton undergrad. You might as well get a trade school degree given that you'll be a philistine for the rest of your life. |
Lol. You are clueless. |
Nope. But it isn't the whole story. I earn a nice living. I contribute to the country in a positive way every day. I have an advanced degree. I use my training every day. I can afford to support my child's education, but not absolutely anywhere without aid. I am very well read in the classics because of my undergrad training. This brings me joy even today. Life is pretty good. I could earn more if I entered the private sector, but I don't want to and I don't need to for my life to be complete. I could earn less at a college training the next generation in my field, but I don't want to. Please tell me what is wrong with my choices? There are many paths to a good life. I'm sorry you didn't get in to your first choice. |
There wasn't one undergrad business school degree holder in my HNS class......do you know why? |
Forgive me, I’m just a pleb with an undergraduate business degree, but what’s HNS... |
