That's a pretty early date they picked. The orientation is supposed to be between 17th-27th. Are you sure that's the date from the last year to try to roughly estimate this year's?

A week and a half ago when I asked for a copy of DC's file, the AART said the notifications would be mailed out on April 4th.

The FCPS notice actually says the 5th or 6th but PP says it might be delayed a couple of days.

Reviewers couldn't review 1-2 days because of the snow, office closing...etc. so we will see.

Inpool files were sent earlier so decision is ready to go out.
Parent referral could be delayed.

Inpool files rejected initially need to be reviewed by the oversight committee. Not completely ready.

Is the oversight committee just a name sake formality or do they really change some of the ineligibility decisions?

Why can’t they just email the decisions and follow up with a postal letter? They could also put it on sis/ParentVUE. Time to use technology!

Several people handling a few thousand letters at the same time, it's better to do manually and put them in letters so multiple people can check and recheck. For SIS, only one person can have access to input/check.

Obviously you don’t understand the procedures and guidelines about SIS access by FCPS staff.
