+1 There is nothing strong about Brynn! |
Joan is a great name. Ruth, Jane, and Anne are also classic choices. For more than one syllable, how about Mary, Catherine, or Helen? |
| Ooh seconding Bridgette! |
|
Some good suggestions, some of which I’ll repeat:
Diana Ruth Claire/Clara Hero Esther Zelda Luna Helen Longer but inarguably strong female names: Elizabeth Catherine Margaret Eleanor Athena Jordana Matilda |
|
From your list, I like Jane.
Other suggestions: Claire Clara Louisa Edith (Edie) Margaret (Maggie or Margo) Rachel Anne Anna Elizabeth Bridget Ellen |
|
Anne
Must have the e at the end, must NEVER be used as a middle name. Sophisticated, timeless, confidant. She can be the CEO, the author, the actress, or the electrician. |
+1. Anne was the first name that popped to mind when I saw the thread title. |
| Leda |
I really like Joan. As I associate it with Joan of Arc, it’s definitely a strong name. I also don’t know any kids with the name. Joanie would be a cute nickname for a little girl. |
| Louise / Louisa! |
| Grace. |
