Really unhappy at my job, what to do?

There is nothing that will make working where you are better. Not one thing. That is why it is time to find another job. I stayed for too long at a job like that. Planned for 2 years to change. So, glad I did it! Life is much better with the switch.

I quit my job cold turkey without another job last September and it was the best thing I've ever done. I set up a website and started consulting. Last week I landed my dream job. It can be done!
