If you have a lot of weight to lose, how much weight did you lose before You noticed?

I started at 250, when I got to 200 people noticed.

Do a before and after pic. If you haven’t taken a before pic yet, do it now. I gained a ton of weight when I was pregnant, and I was slow to lose it. As I was losing it, I couldn’t see the changes in the mirror, but when I’d look at pics I could totally tell.

About 10-15% of body weight.

I started at 160 and noticed a Difference at 150. Others started to notice (or at least comment) at 140.

I’m having an opposite problem.

I’m 5’11, was 214 in Jan 1 and I’m 207 now, despite working out a LOT and drastically changing my diet.

I feel lighter, and look better. My aunt said my legs looked slim and my husband, bless his heart, thinks I’m back to honeymoon weight.

I’m frustrated that I have only lost 7 pounds. :-/

I'm only 5'1. when i lost 3-5 lbs, people noticed. The unfortunate thing about being short, is that any weight gain is noticeable and if I gain even 2-3 lbs, my jeans feel tight.
