| I have worked from home for 15 years. For snacks, I eat plain air popped popcorn in the microwave . Filling and low calories. I also take frequent walks. |

I'm the worst at this too, OP. I have to be really careful about what sweets I have in the house, because the other day I had a telework day and I managed to go through an entire box of Trader Joe's chocolate covered marshmallows, which is, according to the package, 7 servings. Oy.
I also end up drinking more tea than is probably healthy, so I've resorted to making thermoses of it (2 cups each, 1 tea bag) to cut down the number of teabags I use. |
