When should we expect to see what our waitlist numbers are? Will we receive an email?

LOL, well my kid is for prek4 so clearly I didn't get one.

They post the whole list online with initials and birthdays.

Same here. I think just to know for sure and be able to move on.

If it’s anything like last year, you’ll be waiting a while.

That’s what happened last year.

No it's not - they had close to 60 slots last year so many non siblings got in at the initial lottery. (We were one of them.)

The list was posted on LAMB's website by the next day last year...

Scratch that - I misread the original post as being PK3, not K.

As others have stated, they will post results (simply the list) immediately, but you won't hear from the school for a while. If you're one of the top 25 on the PK3 list, you can assume you are in and will get an official message from the school eventually. But as others have said, so much will change between now and the start of the school year, I imagine dozens more will get in by the start of the school year. You just might not know until late summer. It'll be the people in the 40s/50s/60s that will be on edge until then. Good luck!

Is the list already ordered by sibling preference?

Last year, siblings had already been accounted for and were on a separate list.

So if I applied for K and PK3, and my PK3 got in, is my K already moved to the top of the list?

Yes but there is no guarantee your k child will get a spot.
