Male attractiveness

DH is always attractive. He holds himself in such a way, and always has good hygiene (I know that sounds weird).

Then again, he has the time to be “perfect” because I pretty much bear the whole load for our toddler, and work full time, so I get where PPs are coming from about helping out. I haven’t peed alone in a year and a half.

yuck, I'd rather have my mostly sweet DH with a belly than a hot a-hole.

I still love my husband and don't think 10/15 pounds is a big deal, but when he really slacks and gets especially soft (like...20+ lbs overweight) it definitely affects how attracted to him I am. As I said, doesn't affect my love for himZ but my attraction...yes.

To answer your what's a working dad to do question, though: HIIT! Short bits of it, even just 20 minutes at night, will make a big difference.
