What if your spouse's AP were a different race than you?

So you don't have any black friends?

Are you serious? I might go completely bonkers with a different sex or species but an AP would end it.

Huh?

I think the word you were looking for is "insecure" or maybe "inadequate".

I wouldn't care. I cheated on my black ex husband with a white man. He could not let it go. Anytime we saw a White man in public I " wanted him "
It was almost comical. When I eventually left him for that white man he went around comparing me to that woman in the Tyler Perry movie who catches aids smh

I have experience with this. It added several layers of hell to the whole thing--that I, a different race, could never match his idealized race. That multiple people in his family were all for him dumping me (and maybe our mixed-race kids?) for someone who matched with them all racially. That women of his own race are somehow special, the real deal you want to settle down with forever, in this scenario. It was so ugly.

Otherwise, I don't care about race.

No, that's definitely not true. One of my past frequent friends with benefits liked both, was engaged to a black woman, broke up with her, married a white woman, found out she was cheating, immediately called me for comfort (I was always available to "talk" since we had a lot of fun together and I was married so I was not a threat (I'm white, btw), but I encouraged him to get back with his original fiance who was black, because he really loved her. He eventually listened to me and they've now been happily married for 8 years.

Well, the poem industry largely revolves around that theme.

Not, I don't see how that would affect how I felt. DH is attracted to all sorts, I imagine, as am I.

My ex on the other hand? He had a thing for Asian and Latina women so it wouldn’t have surprised me.

DH and I are both white.

What is how do you know you are talking to a trump supporter, Alex?

So personal attraction aligns you with a political affiliation?

It's odd to say you arent attracted to ANY people of a certain race in the whole world. The variety of looks among Black people is enoormous- saying you would never be attracted to any of them is about more than a physical preference.

The fact that you have to explain this to someone in 2018 is hilarious.

It would be nice if racist people/just plain stupid people) just admitted that they were racist/just plain stupid. We are not attracted to them either.

When you determine attractiveness by skin color, it fits his followers. I'm white. I find Halle Berry very attractive, pretty much irresistible. Whoopi Goldberg does nothing for me. Diane Lane is spectacular. Sandra Burnhardt - I'd rather perform self-castration than sleep with her.

DP. You're an idiot Finding someone attractive doesn't equal cheating with them on your spouse.

People of different tribes do smell differently. Not to you or me, objectively differently. (I'm not talking about hygiene, rather, pheromones or some such.)

I think there's a lot of conjecture here in the eyes of these DCUM beholders. Like seriously, who (and how) measured the level to which a statistically significant number of guys were pissed when their wives cheated on them several times with partners of different races?

You people are dumb beyond hope.

You don't really have to be an Einstein to figure out PP meant she's never been attracted to anybody she met or seen on TV or whatever.
