Obviously I can't speak for Jeff, but I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that the fact that you keep asking in this thread to be unblocked after you've already gotten an answer doesn't particularly suggest that you've got your impulses under control.

Why don't you just read DCUM from public places like McDonald's, Panera's or anywhere else that there is free WiFi? Your phone will connect to the local WiFi hub which will assign you a random DHCP IP address from that location which will not be blocked.

Out of my own curiosity, how does this person post while they're banned? Are they on a different device or are they not banned from the Website Feedback forum? I've seen a few people post about being banned before and was curious how it worked.
