Virtue and Moir vs Papadakis and Cizeron

Clearly, this type of sentiment should be nip in the butt. Totally tit for tat. Gets everyone puckered up.

The actual phrase is nip in the bud, not nip in the butt. It's a reference to gardening, not goosing the derrière.

Ha! You might be the only person in the entire world that says that Tessa Virtue has no natural grace.

You don’t know figure skating, do you?

Do you?

Yes. But you don’t.

+1. It’s amazing Virtue even got to the national level much less the Olympics. I know club level skaters with more artistry.

You gotta be kidding! What have you been smoking? Do you even realize the sour jabs like ' It's amazing Virtue even got to the national level much less the Olympics. I know club level skaters with more artistry.' can only have you exposed as someone who knows nothing about ice dance skating?

Virtue Moir got a resounding 'Bravo!' from Tatiana Tarasova while on their way to the podium for the medal ceremony. Coming from such a renowned figure skating coach, it's a high praise on so many levels! Her opinion beats yours no matter how you slice it.

When it comes to the subject you have no knowledge of, do remember this: Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
