PP must not be OP, since OP asked specifically about the Kent Gardens area and presumably knows it's south of 123 near Falls Church.


OP here. North of 123 reply was not by me, we are happy to border Falls Church. As I mentioned we are specifically looking in the Kent Gardens area. Thanks to everyone who replied, we are perfectly fine with an updated house built after 1990 or so, let's see what comes on the market.

OP, I live in kent gardens and there are many new builds here (and I believe there were open houses yesterday for some of them) but I do not think that they meet your square footage criteria..

Lumsden leads directly to KGES and does not border falls church. Falls Church is at least 2 miles away.
