I love the idea of convincing her to come later at drs suggestion given flu risks. Remind her that with DD in daycare, your needs are not the same this time around. Extra hands will be more needed when the baby is more challenging and when DD wants to be outdoors in spring/summer weather.

If not, just make sure she has travel insurance on her ticket and remind her that if she gets sick at your house (or tries to come when already sick) she will need to return back home to protect the new baby from excessive germs.
