When you eat enough food, but you just have zero energy to workout. Help!

My vitamin D levels were dangerously low was my reasoning.

I felt that way. Was anemic, like dangerously so.

I felt the way you did, OP, and was also low in vitamin D. It's not included in a normal CBC, you have to tell your doctor about your symptoms. Mine ordered the test, got me on supplements, and 6 weeks later, I feel like a new person. She said that iron deficiency and B12 deficiency are also common culprits of low energy. Good luck to you!

Okay, this was unnecessary. You don't know anything about her except what she shared. I could have written the exact same post a year ago. Had blood work done, a full physical, and turns out I was pretty sick. Everything was out of balance. I would suggest she get a full work up to determine is something is going on besides motivation.

Lack of motivation or determination to work out is way more common than serious illness.

Just stop. Are you hearing people say that there were deficiencies that made it difficult? That low iron or D can definitely impact one's ability to do an intense workout? No one said serious illness. She may not be lazy at all as you suggest. Be helpful.
