I’m on Whole30 now and hope it’ll jump start the process!

So your goal weight is 214? How tall are you?

Where did you read 214 is the *goal* Weight?
I read the post as 214 being the weight where she’ll start to feel more energy and “give the boost” to continue on with the healthier eating and weight loss.

PP here. What I meant was my “goal” FOR NOW is to lose 10-12 months. Overall I need to lose about 50-60. But I cannot focus on that. I’ve heard to take it one pound, 5 pounds, 10 pounds at a time. So my goal is to drop the first 10 and hope I feel stronger, lighter, better and it boosts my weight loss journey.

Thanks for posting this. I need to lose at least 10 and 20 would be better. Sometimes it feels overwhelming even though it's a small amount. Will
Come back for inspiration.
