Expectant and Postpartum Moms
Love Elena Ruth. Katherine Ruth has too many 'th' sounds, although I do love the name, with either K or C. Claire is beautiful too, although Claire Ruth is hard to say, as PPs have noted. Don't like Morgan much, although Morgan Ruth flows nicely.
Katherine and Elena are the only two that seem to go with Ruth. Both are beautiful names.
I agree. I like all 4 names, Morgan's probably my least favorite, but Morgan Ruth sounds great. Claire Ruth is kind of bland and the Clara Ruth combo runs together. |
I love Claire & like the suggestion of Clara with Ruth. I also love, love, love the name Kate. I don't care how popular it is, I think it is a classic name that will never go out of style & I never met a Kate I didn't like. I think you can use Catherine & use 'k' for Kate. It is your baby, you can do whatever you want. Elana is also pretty.
I know a woman who goes by "Catherine" professionally (her given name, with a "C") but by "Katy" personally. So if that's your preference, I say go with it!
I really like Elena--but how are you pronouncing it? Short "e"s like "Helena" or E-lay-na? Or "El-ee-nah"?
