Nope. The name "paleo diet" does not correlate to paleolithic diets, despite its name. Thus, complete misnomer. It's just another modern fad.

I'm too lazy to read the article, but does it mention intermittent fasting? That seems to be quite the thing here on DCUM.

I don’t care if they call it “The Diet That Makes Everyone Angry,” it has dramatically reduced the symptoms of my autoimmune disease. I am so much better.
