| Wawa sells ones that are real Philly style soft pretzels. Not the same as real German ones at Heidelberg but also delicious. |
| I'm from the Philly area and was interested to see there is a new Wawa that just opened in DC by the Farragut North metro. I used to like Wawa soft pretzels, and I'm curious to know if that DC location will sell them. I haven't been able to check it out yet, though. |
Yes, the Wawa on 19th sells the Wawa-style soft pretzels. |
|
I'd order them from one of the Philadelphia pretzel companies. They ship.
http://www.federalpretzel.biz/taste_home.aspx http://www.pretzelsdirect.com/ I'm sure there are others. Man, I wish someone had gifted some of these for Christmas! |
OMG. We are nowhere near that but will drive over tomorrow for some pretzels and a Shortie. |
Thank you for posting! |
| Whole foods and Wawa |
PP here. Thanks! Woo hoo I will definitely check it out then. |
| Wegmans sells fresh soft pretzel bites by the bucket now!! Omg now I want some with hot mustard. |
These are so good! |
| Amish markets. Isn't there one in Germantown?! |
| Swiss Bakery in Springfield (next to 495, Braddock Rd exit) might also sell unbaked pretzels. I love grabbing one there after the kids' swim lesson. |
| Second on Heidelberg Bakery - it has regular pretzels but also giant ones that you can slice in half for sandwiches |
|
This place is awesome!
