Couples Swept Away (Negril, Jamaica) is another good option. It is an all-inclusive with no kids allowed. Fairly reasonable prices.

Second Cuisinart and Anguilla in general. Beaches are spectacular and the island is very friendly. Great place for a romantic vacation.

St. Barts is very European in feel. Great beaches, wonderful restaurants.

Have also heard great things about St. Lucia.
