Well, let’s see— because it’s better than a hospital trip for my kid? Though we buy GF Oreos which are practically indistinguishable from glutinous ones. But when someone is kind enough to get them to include my kid, she appreciates it a great deal.

Because people have celiac disease, that is an autoimmune disease that needs to be managed carefully. They're not doing fad diets.
