MoCo schools ranked by staff morale

The article said he ranked middle schools. I'd like to see that list.
I'm not surprised that high income does not equal high staff morale. Very curious about how Pyle would stack up against the others. I assume not well.

A huge mix? It's majority white and only 10% FARMS.

Yah but it has the largest minority population out of the acceptably good high schools, why is that always glossed over? Beside the teachers are most likely sick of the renovation.

I would love to see the elementary list if it ever is created. I work in one and it's a highly dysfunctional place led by a highly dysfunctional principal. I've only stayed because it's a 15 minute commute for me but I don't know if my sanity can take it much longer.

I think this is SO important! Teacher morale is huge, IMO.

I hope they do one. We're also at an ES with low teacher morale (for a bunch of reasons).

I think it must make even more of a difference with ES age kids. Tough to be patient with a bunch of 6 year olds, when you're annoyed by the dysfunctional principal.

Great morale here at Beverly Farms.

You may want to check your stats. By my measure on the at-a-glance forms, the only high school whiter than BCC is Whitman. So you could say it's the 24th most diverse out of 25 high schools.

Every high school in the county is an 'acceptably good high school' you awful, racist bitch.

Annoying offspring of annoying parents?

That's you. I'm talking about BCC here.

Proving the point about annoying parents...

When I went there it was far from mostly white.

What's with posters who pick fights all the time? It makes discussion impossible. Grow up already.

No they aren’t. You saying that speaks more towards your standards than quality.

My standards are high, but don't require that everyone in my child's life be wealth and majority white. You're what's wrong with the world.
