Some schools do +1 for honors at +2 for AP. (Which I think is ridiculous but that’s besides the point). And there are plenty of mega high schools out there. I’m from suburbs of Chicago and it’s not uncommon- New Trier, Lyons Township, some of the HSs in Naperville (I forget which ones). Also have lived in South Florida and Cypress Bay has at least 1100/class. I’m sure there are others in various metro areas.
